How we use your enquiry details.

When you request a tour or send an enquiry, The Paddock collects the details you provide so John can reply and help with your wedding, event or stay.

What we collect

This can include your name, contact details, partner's name, wedding timing, guest estimate, selected weekend option, date flexibility, message and how you found the venue. The website may also record referral and campaign information attached to the link you used.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, prepare your personalised wedding guide, arrange tours, keep the booking and enquiry records current, and understand which marketing is helping couples find The Paddock. It is not sold to other businesses.

Where it goes

Wedding enquiry details are saved in the private Paddock CRM so John can follow up. General enquiries are emailed to John through Resend. Our hosting, CRM and email providers process data on The Paddock's behalf.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Analytics to understand website use. On our public website, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta pixel help us understand visits and measure which advertising leads to enquiries. We also use Microsoft Clarity on the main website for usage patterns, heatmaps and session replay. These services may use cookies and online identifiers. The enquiry conversion event contains your selected weekend option and guest range, not your name, email, phone number or message.
