Food, drinks and wedding help
People who already know the property.
Food and drinks are BYO at The Paddock, but that does not mean you are starting from scratch. This is a practical list of vendors who can help you shape the day.
See the vendor listStyling and additional hire arranged by the couple.
How the list helps
BYO is easier when you know where to start.
Start with food and drinks. Most couples begin with a caterer or food truck, then work out drinks, cool rooms and bar support.
Add help where you need it. A planner or coordinator can keep the day moving if you do not want family doing the running around.
Bring your own people too. This is not a locked-in panel. If you already have someone you love, you can bring them.
Vendor directory
Choose the people who suit the kind of day you want.
Keep it relaxed with food trucks, a cool room and a good playlist, or build a bigger team with catering, florals, live music, hire and someone coordinating the day.
Celebrants
For couples who want the ceremony to feel like them, with someone calm at the front and a little bit of heart in the right places.
Photographers and videographers
For the lagoon, the gum trees, the mudbrick reception and the little in-between moments you will want later.
Caterers
Food trucks, barbecue, buffets, finger food and sit-down catering. BYO does not mean catering the wedding yourself.

Caterer
Cuisine With Karan
Private event catering from a chef with years in the industry and a focus on generous, memorable food.

Caterer
Two Tarts
Seasonal menus, fresh produce and catering that can be shaped around the day you want.

Barbecue catering
2 Smokin' Fatty's
Smoked brisket, ribs and pulled pork for couples who want bold, low-and-slow food.
Florists
For bouquets, ceremony florals, reception pieces and small touches that make the natural setting feel considered.
Entertainment
From ceremony music to the dance floor, this is where the mood can shift from relaxed afternoon to proper celebration.
Hire, styling and signage
Marquees, furniture, signage, lighting and the practical pieces that help the day look finished and run smoothly.

Wedding planners
For couples who want the calm of knowing someone is watching the timeline, the vendors and the small moving parts.
Where to start
Build the day from the things guests notice first.
For most Paddock weddings, that means food, drinks, music and someone keeping the day on track. Florals, styling and hire can then support the setting rather than fight it.
